Originally from Greece, I moved to San Diego in 1987 and I have been a San Diego and Chula Vista resident ever since. With over 16 years of negotiating, sales and purchasing experience as a CFO/Controller in the retail industry, in 2001 I decide to move into the Real Estate industry after realizing that I could not find an agent that would listen to my real estate needs. Since then I have put my great listening, marketing and negotiating skills to work for YOU!
Having worked as a REALTOR® and a Loan Officer since 2001, in early 2005 I founded my own company, Alexiou Real Estate, Inc. DBA San Diego Funding & Realty, where I can focus on what I do best -- using innovation and the Internet to achieve incredible results. Through the use of technology I set myself above and beyond the average real estate professional, and I put my clients at a huge advantage.
In order to better assist your needs, in May of 2006 I joined CENTURY 21 All Real Estate as a Broker Associate and I added two Buyers Specialists on The Alexiou Team. Having the CENTURY 21 name and support be assured that your property will now be marketed to even more potential buyers than even before.
I pride myself for my client service being from the best in the industry. I realize that when I am hired to represent a Seller on a listing, that Seller wants me to be marketing his house to be sold, and not myself. I also realize that when I am hired to represent a Buyer (being a First time Home Buyer or Veteran Investor), that Buyer wants to purchase the best value for his needs available in the market. So in either way, representing a Seller or a Buyer, I know how to listen YOUR specific needs and always work around them. YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT MEMBER ON MY TEAM!
